Our Security Company is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative focused on construction sites. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our security services directly to construction site managers, contractors, and workers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients in a dynamic environment and contribute to the safety and security of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct door-to-door marketing activities at active construction sites to introduce our security services.

2. Engage with construction site managers, supervisors, and contractors to understand their security needs and challenges.

3. Present and effectively communicate the benefits of implementing security solutions provided by our company to protect construction sites from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

4. Collect contact information and project details for follow-up communication and scheduling of assessments.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to arrange meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations as needed.

6. Stay informed about industry regulations, security standards, and best practices related to construction site security.

7. Maintain a professional demeanor positively while interacting with construction site personnel.

8. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in door-to-door sales, marketing, or customer service

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

4. Knowledge of construction site security practices, including familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security personnel, is desirable.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Flexible schedule, including availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends to align with construction site hours.

7. Physical ability to navigate construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain and climbing stairs if necessary.

9. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
