**Title: Packer / Counterbalance Driver**

We are currently recruiting for mill machine operative within Lancaster area, working during the day 8-4.30pm with a possibility of shift changes, on 4 on 4 off basis. 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM

Responsibilities of packing operative:

- Handling goods with care
- High level of accuracy
- Working efficiently and effectively
- Loading and unloading of product using a counterbalance forklift
- Adhering to health to health and safety procedures and regulations

**Requirements**:
Valid Counterbalance FLT preferred
Strong attention to detail
Experience within manufacturing environment
Good communication and teamwork skills

Timekeeping and attendance
Being able to work within rotating shifts
