Based in Reigate, with a significant annual turnover, we will be recruiting for various roles over the coming months, so this is the ideal time to join our friendly team, and be part of the success.

If you enjoy physical work and want to be part of a team, this job could be just right for you. As a warehouse operative, you would deal with goods and products that come into the warehouse.

To become our warehouse operative, you will need to enjoy physical work, be able to work quickly and accurately, and be able to complete basic paperwork and count stock items.

You will need the following skills; Basic English, Maths, IT skills, and an eye for detail is essential.

**Job Description**:
Based in our busy warehouse, and reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the role exists to:

- Help with the day-to-day running of the warehouse
- The efficient processing and timely packing of orders

Key Tasks
- Taking delivery of goods and supplies
- Checking for damages or missing items
- Booking goods onto the system
- Storing goods
- Moving goods by hand
- Picking and packing orders
- Processing orders
- Keeping paperwork up to date
- Cleaning work areas
- Carrying out stock counts
- Any other tasks management deem necessary
- Mobility scooter light assembly
- Quality checks
- Cleaning and minor repair of scooter returns

**Requirements**:

- Enjoy physical work
- The ability to work quickly within a team as well as on your own
- The ability to complete paperwork and count stock items accurately
- Experience of fixing push bikes or general mechanics would be of use
- Basic computer skills
- An understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good time keeping
- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Have an eye for detail

Hours are Monday to Friday 0845 - 1700 with a half hour lunch break. Full training will be given.

**Salary**: From £10.43 per hour
