**Our story**

We're looking for an insight superstar to help support our brand, retention & market stakeholders by defining, designing, and deploying best-in-class insight programs that can help them shape and measure their objectives, goals, and strategies.

**All about the role**

Working within the Global Brand team, you proactively identify insight gaps and initiate, design, and interpret research and analytics projects to provide accurate and timely insights throughout the business.

You act as an internal business consultant to a range of stakeholders, not just for the Brand Marketing department, and be responsible for supporting our brand, retention & markets pillars, and the projects that sit under this.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

- Help manage the JETs global brand experience tracking program across all JET markets. Support the insight lead in managing relationships with our partner agencies, ensuring we're working collaboratively and effectively to deliver exceptional connected insights throughout the organisation
- Be the internal champion of customer experience. Manage the voice of the customer program and help JET make the link between brand and experience and the role our products and end-to-end services have on key metrics
- Help support the lead in the development and execution of research projects designed to build a local marketing strategy. Along with other insight managers, help them develop strategic and well-crafted briefs that can answer key business questions. These could include occasion-based segmentation, pricing analysis, product experience monitoring, or local cultural understanding projects across qual and quant
- Be the point of contact for our retention marketing teams, helping to scale of global activation campaign measurement study, but also supporting our loyalty and subscription teams with insights that help shape the future development of the program
- Working alongside other managers to build global toolkits and research best practices for scalable research projects to support global brand team and core markets understanding
- Work alongside the heads of brand (campaign & content, PR, media & studio) to develop the brief and strategy for future campaigns. Be a collaborative partner in helping them shape their future plans, and become the expert on all things customer and consumer
- Build relationships with stakeholders beyond the Marketing function, including local country management, UX, operations, and couriers. Proactively approach different teams within the business with thought pieces, or relevant insights, that help them build out their roadmaps
- Line manage an insight exec within the team and support in their development

**Can you deliver**

Here's what we're looking for from our Insight Manager expert
- 2+ years of experience working agency side or client side, managing large global programs to budget and strict timelines
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and impacting change throughout all parts of a business, particularly marketing & brand
- Experience in managing and developing talent within a team
- Confident in providing insight into both formative and evaluative research questions through quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Good understanding of working with commercial analytics data and understanding business KPIs
- Experience working with fieldwork-only partners to get projects done at pace. Not afraid to get ‘hands on' and run projects without the need for partner agencies
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder networks
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced business and likes to think on their feet
