**Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm**

Our client, a well-established, forward thinking, growing organisation require an experienced Office Manager to join their Finance team based in Barnoldswick.

You will assist the Finance Manager in the general accounting duties aswell as managing the weekly payroll. You will be responsible for ensuring the purchase ledger and Sales ledger are updated regularly as well keeping on top of the Sales order processing.You will have experience working on sage 50 to a high standard.

**The Role**:
¨ Raising Sales Invoices / Updating sales ledgers / Credit Control.

¨ Support purchasing ordering / matching of deliveries to purchase invoices

¨ Generating and inputting monthly journals to be signed off to ensure correct management accounts.

¨ Ensuring accurate bank postings & reconciliations

¨ Processing weekly payroll and mileage/commissions/expenses

¨ Help with the management of year ends and procedures and in any audits that come with this

¨ Organising files, both electronically & paper

¨ Producing reports where required & with guidance

¨ Providing support to senior management

¨ Confidentiality

¨ Support purchasing ordering / matching of deliveries to purchase invoices

¨ Ensuring the purchase ledgers are updated accurately and efficiently

Using Sage and a bespoke ERP system

¨ General administration support of Purchasing and HR functions.

¨ Support despatch of goods (knowledge of export procedures beneficial)

¨ Any other Adhoc duties

**You will**

¨ 2 years’ experience in an accounts department

¨ Excellent record keeping

¨ Ability to use of sage 50 is essential

¨ Ability to use ERP systems would be beneficial

¨ Accounting qualification - minimum level 3 AAT or QBE -desirable

¨ Excellent organisational skills

¨ Excellent use of Excel

¨ Good standard of computer skills
