Wanted An enthusiastic and ambitious full
- or part-time Youth Worker to co-lead our Youth Drop-In sessions and potentially take some management responsibility. If you want to make a positive difference, directly, to young people’s lives at an award winning youth project, this could be just the role for you.

Ideally, you will be qualified in youth work. You must have at least 3 years' practical youth work experience supported by two references and you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends. You must have experience of planning, leading and reporting on youth work projects. You will need to be flexible, creative and resilient for this role and a great team player.

The pay rate will depend upon qualifications and experience but will reflect the level of responsibility of this role.

We are always interested in applicants with musical, artistic, sporting or other talents. We also welcome applicants with experience of working with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
