A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Engineering Maintenance Manager to join an excellent Automotive Manufacturer in the Bristol area.

With no day ever being the same the Engineering Maintenance Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Effectively delegating work to a team of Engineers to ensure mínimal disruption to
production.
- Overseeing 10 Maintenance Engineers
- Ensuring all Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive
support/solutions when required.
- Managing maintenance purchasing requirements, including capital forecasts.
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Overseeing new projects from design stage to full installation / hand over.
- Working as part of the management team - to share ideas and improve operations.
Recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities to
improve quality of product and production output.
- Liaising with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- 5 Years experience in management
- Someone that has worked there way up from Maintenance Engineer - has maintenance background
- Multi skilled knowledge on Electrical and Mechanical
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical experience

**Package and Benefits**:

- £45,000 - 50,000
