Applicants must have or be willing to work towards TAQA or equivalent, working towards or hold a certificate in education or equivalent. This post requires a minimum standard of English and Maths at Level 2.

Applicants must be able to work as part of a small team possessing good communication skills, time management skills and be computer literate. Experience in the occupational sector is essential.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver a comprehensive and innovative learning programme to 16 - 18-year-olds.
- To work with the senior tutors to develop and deliver engaging education sessions for 16-18-year-olds.
- Ensure learner progression is achieved.
- Assess learners in line with Awarding Body requirements.
- Manage all documentation relating to the study programme.
- Assist sourcing and monitoring of suitable work placements for study programme learners.
- Ensure that outcome targets are met in respect of contractual requirements.
- Ensure that monitoring, reviews, assessment, and internal quality assurance activities are undertaken in accordance with required frequencies.
- Ensure you adhere to all safeguarding procedures/Prevent duty. Report any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
- Deliver other related training programmes as necessary.
- Provide reports for the organisation in relation to all aspects of provision.
- Provide support for your line manager.
- Any other duties as designated by your manager.

The salary is dependent on experience and qualifications held and will be discussed at interview if necessary.
