**Description**

Richardson Hill Limited are a long standing Health & Safety Consultancy based in London. We are currently looking to expand, we are offering a career opportunity for reliable and experienced CDM Advisor to join our team. Providing services across London and the home counties in the UK.

MUST BE UK BASED.
- Experience working with large contractors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations and implementation.
- Experience in Principal Designer / CDM Advisor role.
- Professional affiliation preferred; APS, IOSH, CIOB.
- Must hold NEBOSH or equivalent H&S Qualifications.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- As a minimum must hold a NEBOSH general certificate and / or NEBOSH construction certificate
- Consultancy experience ( Prefered )
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork and presentation skills
- Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full, clean driving license
- Flexibility in line with business requirements
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
