Cleaner Driver

**We are looking to recruit 1 x Cleaner Driver, for Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shift times vary dependant on work required.**

**Salary - £11.92p/h**

**As a Cleaner Driver you will be required to hold a full UK driving license.**
**- Vehicle provided**
**- Mobile phone provided**

**Working in a social housing environment.**

**Applicants 18 years old and above only.**

The initial principal duties of a Cleaner Driver will include:

- Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule.
- All work to be completed in accordance with current Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance
- Wear protective clothing necessary for tasks to be completed
- Always observe site rules and regulations.
- Maintenance of equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order.
- Report all machine and building faults to Regional Manager or Contracts Manager.
- Correct use of communications book as appropriate
- Comply with signing in and out on time and attendance system
- Any other duties requested by Regional Manager/Contracts Manager
- Respond courteously to customer requests.
