We’re looking for a creative Project Management expert with vision, positivity and initiative to join a leading marketing services company, known for helping a wide range of international brands to communicate effectively with consumers through a wide range of eye-catching and engaging digital innovations.

The successful applicant will lead many different elements within the project management team. You will work closely with the SLT and Commercial Manager, as well as the Head of Account Direction and team of account directors, to deliver exceptional customer service and good commercial performance.

This is a fixed-term contract, with an anticipated duration of 9-12 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

**As Interim Head of Project Management, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership, support and guidance to the project management team
- Recruiting, training, and developing the team, including bi-annual development appraisals
- Establishing ways of working and best practice within the team
- Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitoring KPIs and other business metrics to evaluate operational and commercial performance
- Providing regular reporting on team performance and utilisation, client satisfaction and service levels
- Collaborating with the account direction team to effectively manage projects, making sure clients receive legendary customer service, and client teams have the right ratio of work to people

**We’re looking for an Interim Head of Project Management with the following skills and experience**:

- Extensive experience of carrying out a project management role, within a fast-paced creative agency or marketing agency environment
- Understands the core disciplines of project management, including the use of technology and workflow software
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation
- Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge of financial principles, estimating, budgeting, and cost management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, senior stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to lead and manage change initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year
