My client is seeking a team leader to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of Warehouse Operatives engaged in the receipt, storage, customisation, and despatch of products accurately and on time to the customer’s requirements and specifications.
- Health & Safety - manage site H&S standards, checks and reporting.
- Planning the daily workload of team based upon Incoming/Despatch requirements.
- Manage the training of all employees to certified and warehouse specifications.
- Supervise the warehouse operatives effectively in all warehouse operations.
- Maintain customer compliance/SOP’s
- Manage the work performance of team and ensuring all Company policies and standards

are maintained.
- Provide regular liaison to Senior Management on key site activity.
- Coach, develop and motivate employees.

**Qualifications and Skills.**
- Effective communication, liaison skills both written and oral.
- Strong inter-personal and people management skills.
- Numerate and analytical.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to work to critical deadlines.
- Managing customer compliance
- Learning/using business systems.
- Computer literacy.
- Excel competent.
- Flexibility of working hours over 5 days
- FLT license or training will be given if not qualified.
