At **Progression Services **we provide personalised, one-to-one support for young people who are currently struggling in their educational setting.

**Progression Services are expanding and are looking for specialist, committed professionals to join our team and work with our young people across Devon.**

**Job Purpose**: Provide personalised, one-to-one support for young people across the age and ability range who are currently struggling in their educational setting. Make learning a positive experience and bring out the best in each individual by combining enrichment activities, nurture and academic support and:

- supporting them to recognise and overcome any barriers to learning;
- filling any academic gaps in their knowledge, skills and understanding - particularly in English and maths;
- supporting them to re-engage with education in a positive way that will enable them to exceed that which they thought possible.

**Salary**: £20,258.00 per year
