**Synergy Carers are looking for a strong and experienced SEN Support teaching assistant to work in a well respected PRU in the Ebbw Vale area.**

**This role can be made permanent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities**:

- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning and development**:

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members**:

- Supervise students during classroom activities, outdoor play, and field trips**:

- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment**

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- Patience and the ability to work well with Children and young adults**:

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher**:

- Organizational skills to assist with classroom management and student records**:

- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and students**

Pay: £70.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
