Residential Childcare Workers required to support young people (8-18) in a residential care environment.

We have vacancies at our new Huddersfield home

We are looking for:
Senior Residential Staff (£28,080 - £30,480 per year)

Experienced Residential Staff (£23,484 - £25,914 per year)

You will be working as part of a team providing quality care to young people. Working collaboratively and in partnership with parents/carers and a wide range of other professional personnel in meeting the needs of young people placed in our care.

You must hold a valid full driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.

The position involves working shift patterns including week-ends and requires you to complete sleep-ins.

A sense of humour is paramount

- Increased hourly rate for hours above contracted hours
- One year after completing your successful probationary period, you will receive one additional day of annual leave. This will continue until you have reached 5 years service.
- '**Refer a Friend Scheme' ** If you recommend/introduce a friend to work on a full time basis (173hours) we will pay the following:

- For unqualified staff, the referrer **and** the new member of staff will each receive £300 after 3 months. After 6 months the referrer will receive another £300. We will enrol the new member of staff on Diploma Level 3/4 and give them the training and support required.
- For Qualified staff (Diploma 3 or higher) the referrer will receive £600 bonus and the new member of staff will receive a £300 Welcome Bonus after 3 months. After 6 months the referrer will receive an additional £600 bonus.
