**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The IT Consultant will work with the IT Team and stakeholders across the business to define, manage and contribute to the delivery of IT projects. At any time, there may be multiple ongoing projects of various sizes and complexity. The IT Consultant willwork with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, and work with the IT Team and external partners to identify and deliver solutions.

- Work with stakeholders across the business to determine and document business requirements
- Work with technical teams, partners, and potential partners to identify solutions to business requirements
- Liaise with team members at all levels
- Present solutions in written or oral reports
- Plan timescales and the resources needed to deliver projects
- Manage the execution of projects and take a hands-on role delivering elements of projects such as configuration and training
- Prepare and present progress reports
- Support change-management activities as projects are delivered
- Prepare documentation and organise training for users and other consultants
