A Fintech startup that is leading the blockchain revolution are looking to hire an Developer Relations Manager to join the talented Engineering team and drive/grow the budding developer community.

The engineering team is responsible for turning designs from the Product team into robust, scalable solutions that will delight demanding large financial institutions and enterprise customers.

You'll work with small, close-knit, multidisciplined squads who are involved not just in software development but also in refining the details of products and features.

This involves being highly focused on encouraging developers to make a braoder and deeper use of th products and being an owner of all communication between the internal and external (3rd party vendors/developers) community.

**_Responsibilities:_**

You'll be expected to get close to our developers to understand their challenges, identify use cases, and gather feedback. You'll then work with your colleagues in the Technology, Product and Marketing teams to enhance our products as well as our communicationsto better serve developers. In addition to being an champion between internal and external communities to deliver other products and solutions across the network.

**_Experience:_**
- A minimum of 5+ year experience of relevant experience in a similar role
- 5+ year experience working in Frontend and Backend software environments
- Experience in developing projects that require 3rd party vendors and developers
- Ability to empathise with engineers from different development backgrounds (Backend, Mobile, Web)
- Comfortable managing communication channels and being an ambassador of the company
- Desirable experience within Financial Services/Fintech and/or Blockchain
- Desirable experience in a start-up/scale up environment
