Duties:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine repair needs
- Estimate the cost of repairs and provide accurate quotes to customers
- Collaborate with auto body technicians and mechanics to develop repair plans
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and any additional issues that arise
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and customer specifications
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess damage
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of air brake, oil change, diesel engine repair, brake repair, shocks struts, and suspension systems is preferred
- Cash handling experience is a plus

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
