Caregiver £13.00

Right At Home Lymm & Warrington South are recruiting for caregiver's to cover the Lymm and Warrington South area, you will need to be compassionate and caring; care experience isn't required as we provide all the training you will need to enable you to provide excellent care for our wonderful clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming,
and toileting.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain documentation of care provided.
