Role - CNC Operator - Supervisor

Hours 3 Rotating Shifts - 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Salary - **Day & After's** £14.50 / **NIGHTS** 25% uplift on shift allowance

Michael Daniel Recruitment is currently looking for a CNC Team Leader/Supervisor to work in the BD4 area working for a a very busy manufacturing site.
- In depth knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup
- Experience of a leadership role within a machine shop environment
- Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- CNC Programming software experience (desirable)
- Understanding of machine maintenance and repair (desirable)
- Experience of implementing a 5s culture (desirable)
- Knowledge of Lean Principles (desirable)
