Sessional Therapists

We are looking for self-employed, qualified and experienced therapists to work in one of our Fortis' therapy room in Louth, Scunthorpe, Hull and Grimsby

You will need to have the relevant qualifications (preferably a Degree), be a member of the relevant professional body and have experience working therapeutically with adults, young people and children

You must be able to provide a high quality service being exceptionally competent in the following:
- Providing therapy for clients with moderate to complex emotional/mental health/behavioural difficulties.
- Using creative interventions, such as art, play, drama etc. as appropriate
- Managing complex boundaries and dealing with safeguarding incidences
- Screening referrals, responding to referrers and providing assessments etc. professionally and appropriately
- Managing a caseload and diary competently and effectively
- Communicating clearly and effectively with the referrer and other agencies (as appropriate) and with peers, clinical leads, and others within the team as well as with clients
- Work systemically with a other agencies and professionals
- Clinical notes management, filing and systems/processes
- Effective use of own clinical and company managerial supervision
- Seeking support as needed from the organisation
- Any tasks commensurate with the role
