**As a member of a fast-paced kitchen team your duties would include**:

- General preparation duties
- Working in a busy kitchen
- Daily closing of the kitchen
- General cleaning of the kitchen
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Work quickly & efficiently under pressure
- Work well on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Always have an uncompromising attitude towards quality & cleanliness
- The Role involves working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and Christmas/New Year.
- Must be hard-working, punctual and reliable.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Cleanliness standards and health & safety standards must be maintained at all times.
