**Mobile Engineer (Tiverton + Dawlish)**
Monday to Friday
40 hours PW
35 days Holiday (Including UK and Scottish Bank holidays)
Up to £35K PA + Van & Fuel Card
Call out 1 in 3 £100 Per call out (Extra £1700 on salary)

**Desirable & Essential**
Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous (Desirable)
IEE Inspection & testing qualification, such as City & Guilds (Essential)
Understanding of asset management principals and maintenance techniques (Essential)
A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH etc (Essential)
A track record of delivering similar roles (Essential)
After training willing to become site Approved Person Electrical (LV) (Essential)
Able to carry out small plumbing works and fabric repairs (Essential)
**Duties & responsibilities**
Carrying out reactive tasks assigned to them via the Help Desk ensuring that the standard of work is compliant with company standards and reaction times are met, including electronic via PDA and hard copies.
Achieving SLA's set by the Contract Manager, working in conjunction with Supervisors.
Carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) allocated by administrator in a timely fashion and in line with our daily working procedures.
Ensuring stock levels are maintained, communicating any stock that needs ordering to your Supervisor / contract manager.
Comply with company Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
Carry out troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Ensuring the availability of and participating personally in the provision of a 24 hour per day 365 days per year emergency on call service as required.
Assist Supervisor with Sub-Contractor management and monitoring.
Be prepared to work overtime where required to support the contract.
To ensure that tools, equipment and materials are available as and when required to ensure the effective delivery of the contract.
Ensuring that records are kept up to date as required, including electronic and paper copies.
To work safely at all times, adhering to site procedures and rules, taking necessary measures to protect yourself and others.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties & responsibilities and you will be expected to carry out on behalf of the company any reasonable request within your skills base and experience.
**Skill, Knowledge, Attributes**
Formal technical education in Electrical discipline to a minimum of ONC level or equivalent and a minimum of at least 3 years relevant experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.
**Or**
An experienced tradesperson with at least 5 years post apprenticeship experience in their trade and a minimum of at least 5 years relevant experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.
Able to pass CRB/Disclose checks.
**Must** be able to pass DBS checks.
