**About The Role**:
We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Associate to join our Employment team in Cambridge.

You will be working with two Partners on an interesting and varied caseload working for both employers and employees.

**What we need you to do**:

- Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of employment. This includes:

- Restrictive covenant disputes
- Confidential information disputes
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Advising employers on general day to day workplace issues
- Advice on settlement agreements and advising employers on settlement agreements together with drafting settlement agreements
- Corporate support
- Advice on and drafting contracts of employments and Employee Handbooks
- A working knowledge of Data Protection issues arising in the workplace
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Employment, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
- Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.

**About You**:
**You will need**:

- 3-6 years PQE
- A solid grounding in Employment
- An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
- To have strong commercial acumen
- To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
