What We Offer - The opportunity to work for an iconic and unique lifestyle brand - Exciting career opportunities - Competitive benefits package and discounts - An environment where you can bring your whole self to work What will you do Key Responsibilities - Product Specialists/Seller - Dressing Room ‘Stylist’ - Cash Administration - Assumes role of Polo Buddy during the on boarding process - Host - Register Host T25/Refunds - BOH Specialist - May take on additional Sales Lead accountabilities Customer Service/Sales - Assists customers using advanced knowledge of merchandise and customer service skills with more complex customer requests - Resolves customer issues using store guidelines; escalates complex issues to next level - Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area - Is able to work in multiple merchandise areas - Able to Communicate and give Feedback - Leads by Example, the RL Selling Culture Sales Model Product Knowledge - Requires broad knowledge of the merchandise in multiple product area in store - Able to Communicate and share knowledge with Associates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - Completes work with a limited degree of supervision - May help train or provide guidance to support New Associates - Demonstrate full understanding of relevant Dept. SOP’s Operations - Complete MOS & check for Accuracy - Action RFID Planogram changes - Transfers to/from floor - Receive delivery (RFID) - Manage and lead on delivery processing to meet UPH targets Leadership - Completes work with a limited degree of supervision - May help train or provide guidance and support to New Associates - Capable of dealing with basic staff enquiries - Lead by Example the RL Way & CFA’s Competencies - Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Excellent Customer Service skills according to RL Selling Culture Sales Model - Demonstrates One Team, One Family focused on the Customer - Ability to Straight Talk with Candid Respect - Able to adapt quickly to change and support others - Demonstrates and ability to engage others, utilizing Business Tools - Ability to take ownership of tasks - Commitment to Supporting 10 hours of learning - Required language: local language, English to an intermediate level
