Due to increased growth and demand we are looking for a Trainee Warehouse Operative.

This is a varied role and flexibility is required around hours and days and from time to time there will be roles outside of the standard job description.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Receiving goods inward, checking quality and reporting goods received to office.
- Maintaining an ordered and tidy warehouse.
- Servicing and Cleaning product to a clinical standard.
- Quality checks on return rentals.
- Relevant repairs and maintenance - full training will be given.
- Completing regular stock takes.
- Generating orders for spares maintaining minimum stock levels. Quality control checks of all products pre and post rental
- Keeping records of all servicing
- Recording serial numbers of all products
- Preparing stock for installations team
- Notifying the office of any damage/issues with products pre or post rental
- Signing stock in and out of the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and tidy Experience Centre for customer visits.
- Training will be given on checking equipment functionality, outputs, dismantling and reassembling.

**Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience**:
**Position Pre-requisites**

The person who is employed in this position shall be required to:

- Complete The Wellness Group company induction.
- Be able to fully understand and implement the procedures and working practices of The Company.
- Have clear communications skills.
- Be polite, well dressed and acknowledge that the position is an ambassador of The Company
- Be prepared to undertake training and to mentor or be mentored within The Company
- Have good command of Excel, Word, PDF, Dropbox and WeTransfer

A clean driving licence is desirable but not essential. Please note the office is in a rural location therefore you will need your own transport.

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
