When you are at Rhodes Wood Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose and will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults.

Working alongside an established team, you will turn your hand to all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service. You will support a warm and nurturing environment, allowing for the understanding of symptoms,patterns and origins of psychological distress, and will actively encourage children to personalise bedroom spaces to make these feel like a home from home.

You will be responsible for ad hoc driving duties, as you support service users and staff arrive at local destinations, this will see you maintain and check all company vehicles. Not only does joining Elysium Staff Bank allow you to manage your workloadbut you'll also receive a 12.07% increase on your hourly salary to compensate for holiday entitlement.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To participate in all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance on buildings structure and fittings.
- To maintain safe working practices when operating hand, power and workshop tools.
- To ensure that all electrical equipment is tested (PAT) in line with legislation.
- To ensure vehicles are kept clean internally and externally.
- Monitor and report when vehicle maintenance is due.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Experience of basic vehicle maintenance
- Must hold a UK drivers licence
