**Overview**:

- No heavy lifting required.
- We are recruiting for 4 pickers and packers to work out of our nursery in Spalding.
- You will be required to pick and pack flowers and bulbs to be shipped out to clients across the country.
- Hours of working are Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 with the option of overtime.
- This is an ongoing full-time role.
- No experience is required just a basic level of English and a strong work ethic.
