**Role**: Mid Weight Creator
**Location**:Leatherhead, England, UK
**ROLE MISSION**
This role is part of a growing and exciting creative team, led by an experienced and highly conceptual Creative Lead. You would be part of the DMC Hub which is made up of a team of people (creative, marketing, CMI, Media and eCommerce) all leveraging their expertise and tech to produce real time, data-driven assets for use across marketing platforms. You will be happy challenging briefs when necessary, producing problem-solving design solutions, elevating brand design across the digital ecosystems with coherent thinking and exemplary execution as your ambition. You are comfortable as a self-managing designer, working directly with clients to answer their marketing needs with stand-out creative outputs. You thrive independently and seek to exercise your creative instinct in a fast-paced environment. You have a curious mind but a perfectionist's twitch. You are invested in the accomplishments of all, not just the self. You love what you do.
As a creator you will be an experienced digital designer with a sharp eye for thumb-stopping design, arresting typography and an effortless grasp of aptly designing for digital mediums. You must be comfortable taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity and producing designs to fit the client's brief and exacting standards.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- To be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
- To develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer, promoting the product or brand
- To pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
- Being reactive to current news, trends and brand opportunities
- To oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- A highly creative designer with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with your own innovative ideas
- Confident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of artwork collateral
- Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends - it is ideal but not essential
- Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships and a consistent record of taking, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed timeframes
- Effectively organising and prioritising workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with their own ideas and conceptual creativity
- Excellent Adobe CS skills
- Able to efficiently use Adobe After Effects
- On and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital
- A passion for design and conception
- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
- Ability to take, interpret and deliver design projects within agreed deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off
