Nursery Apprenticeship

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the field of early childhood education and childcare. This is a paid position that offers a supportive learning environment and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate activities for children
- Support the lead teachers in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage with children in play and learning activities
- Help with mealtime routines, including serving meals and snacks
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and other personal care tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the nursery
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children

**Skills**:

- Drive and motivation to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge or experience in early childhood education or childcare is a plus
- Experience working with children in any capacity is highly valued
- Proficient in English language to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative
