Handyman/woman

**Are you a multi tasker who can work on your own initiative?**

We have a vacancy based in Whitby for a Handyman/woman to join our maintenance team. this role will also include supervising our 4 cleaning staff in the summer season, also being involved with cash collecting and stock delivery to each toilet location.

The role will provide an on-site service at all our public toilets, as well as ensuring that maintenance issues are repaired to a high standard.

You will be part of a team working across different locations in and around the Whitby area.

The ability to work both unsupervised, in confined spaces and at height is an essential requirement as is experience of working in property maintenance.

We will provide support to fulfil any training which is required as part of the role.

**(Full-Time 40 hours per week minimum**

Report any issues to our maintenance team

Uniform will be provided.

Company Mobile Phone will be provided.

Essential to be flexible in your approach to your duties and working hours.

Ability to write basic reports using the text function on a mobile phone.

To carry out daily function checks on all appliances within the facilities
