Hybrid working - Campus based & Remote
We are looking for Industry Professionals, not experienced Lecturers.
Various industry experience considered, such as:

- Project Management, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership
- Governance and/or compliance management
- Marketing
- Management (i.e., Digital Marketing, Strategy, change, programme, operations etc)
- Data Management, Big Data
- Accounting, reporting, financial analysis

The role of the lecturer is to deliver engaging lectures both in person, and online, that ensure learners receive a premium education and learning experience. Lecturers will undertake a variety of duties including, but not restricted to:

- Maintain a sophisticated understanding of the current skills and capability requirements of corporate employers
- Develop relevant and appropriate assessments, work-based learning projects and professional development activities
- Design relevant, appropriate marking guidance, achievement indicators, complete robust marking, evaluation, and feedback processes
- Complete data driven analysis, reporting of learner and client outcomes
- Bring professional expertise and an understanding of the current corporate landscape into your teaching and delivery
- Manage cohorts of students to ensure the integrity and operational efficiency of the programmes.
You will be a self-starter who can reach well informed and clear decisions with excellent organisation, communication, and administration skills.

- Experience of working within a Senior Management environment
