Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with an MOD Refurbishment \ Maintenance Contractor to recruit a Carpenter \ Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role - undertaking works across the Catterick and surrounding areas.

**The Role**:
This role will be undertaking mainly refurbishments works in void properties, together with some repairs and maintenance in occupied.

**Duties**:

- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Kitchen Worktop Refits, Skirting, Architrave, Hinge and Door Handle changes
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
- 2nd Fix Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, bath installs, connecting pipework, fault finding
- Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Patch Plastering
- Silicone Sealing
- Snagging Works
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
