Sighted Guide

Balfor are currently recruiting in the Nottingham area for our client who is looking for a Sighted Guide to assist a student who is currently in a higher education setting. This role is for assisting the student to events in the Nottingham area, which can be between 3 -7 hours. This role is on an ad hoc basis.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a Driver.
- Must be able to attend events with student.
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience being a sighted guide.
- Flexibility & punctuality.
- Knowledge of how to effectively communicate with disabled individuals.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bulwell, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
