Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the websites meet the needs of our clients and provide an exceptional user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces
- Collaborate with the development team to implement website functionality
- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences
- Create wireframes and prototypes to present design concepts
- Use tools such as Axure, Telerik, and React to develop interactive web elements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites are error-free and meet design specifications

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Proficiency in UI design principles and best practices
- Experience with wireframing tools such as Axure
- Familiarity with Telerik or similar UI component libraries
- Knowledge of digital design principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
