StEPS Podiatry is a private foot care company based in Troon, Ayrshire. The business was started as a domiciliary service in 2011 and the StEPS home care service remains an integral part of the business today. With a focus on dementia and adults with learningdifficulties, StEPS Podiatry aims to deliver a foot care service that is wrapped around the needs of people who are vulnerable and with frailty. From the assessment of peripheral arterial disease, diabetic foot care and nail care, to falls prevention and footwearadvice, the domiciliary team offers a general foot care service that supports people to maintain good foot health and prevent foot ulcers. StEPS home care service visits people in their own homes across Troon, Prestwick and Ayr and also services people incare homes.

StEPS Podiatry is currently seeking an HCPC registered Podiatrist to join our home care services team.

Salary

The starting salary ranges from £25,000 - £27,500 per year (pro rata) for HCPC Podiatrists, depending on experience.

The starting salary ranges from £22,500 - £25,000 per year (pro rata) for Foot Health Practitioners, depending on experience.

Please note that StEPS Podiatry will make a contribution to the HCPC and RCPod annual subscriptions for any HCPC Podiatrist (full time employees will receive 100% of annual subscriptions).

Annual leave is 28 days per year (pro rata) including public holidays.

Continued professional development is encouraged and supported, and study leave will be granted on an individual basis.
