JHE & Partners are working exclusively with a global and widely respected business in their search for a Finance Team Manager based in central Manchester.

In this newly created role and department, you will be overseeing a team of 5 accounts assistants working predominantly on the purchase ledger side of the business. Working on a number of projects, this is a fast-paced role reporting into the Head of Financebased in Bradford. You will have experience in managing a team and must have previous ledger management experience or at the minimum understand the processes of financial ledgers to assist the team in posting payments and allocations.

Duties include:

- Managing, mentoring and guiding a team of 5 in the accounts department
- Ensure billing, funding and payment processes are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Manage work flow processes, improving and streamlining where necessary
- Reconciling accounts related to large projects
- Working in unison with the Bradford office with close liaison with the head of finance
- Carrying out regular 121s, appraisals and any training requirements

Salary on offer is in the region of £45,000 - £52,000 with 25 days holiday (+stats) company pensions and an array of discounts.
