We’re looking for a **Wholesale Order Processor**

Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Temporary Position ending on or before 4th July 2025.

£24,009.32 per annum pro rata which equates to £12.27 per hour

This is a great opportunity to join the Wholesale and Logistics Operations Team based in Cowes, Isle of Wight dispatching products to our customers.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Checking orders before processing to ensure the correct products are delivered.
- Liaising with production, warehouse, and supply to ensure customer order requirements are fulfilled.
- Prioritise and manage several task simultaneously. Scheduling dispatches to ensure customers receive deliveries on time in full (OTIF Target 98.5%).
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure goods dispatched meet customer inbound compliance requirements
- Assist with import and export transport and associated paperwork.
- Utilising pallet networks and dedicated vehicles with various hauliers arranging deliveries in the most cost-effective manner.
- Raising purchase orders for transport and receipting goods in Sage accurately and timely to support Finance invoice cycle.
- Carrying out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Exceptional attention to detail is essential when processing high volumes of data to ensure accuracy, compliance and the delivery of KPIs. You will thrive under multiple priorities, have outstanding time-management skills, and work as a part of a team to secure the smooth dispatch of customer orders in line with the OTIF target of 98.5%.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role or working in a similar environment essential along with an agenda of continuous improvement. A natural team worker, you will actively be able to support the smooth completion of tasks.
