**MPI Require a Welder/Fabricator for an ongoing role in Kempston, Bedford**
Monday to Friday 7:00-15:30

Based in Bedford, our client designs, manufactures and installs a wide range of fluid processing equipment, predominantly for the water industry. Tanks and Pipework. They are currently looking to hire a Fabricator / Welder, to work in their workshop.

The successful individual’s primary responsibility will be the fabrication of their products, so previous experience working with stainless steel, cutting, bending, grinding & assembling using manual machinery is essential.

The role will also require you to MIG / TIG weld as and when required, so a proven ability to weld is also essential, No formal codings are required

The ideal applicant will be able to read technical drawings and comfortable fabricating, assembling and welding medium to large scale products independently.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- MIG welding: 5 years (preferred)
- TIG welding: 5 years (preferred)
