Hawick, United Kingdom Cornerstone Community Care Full time

**Looking for a role where you can make a real difference to someone's life? Do you enjoy building relationships with people while having fun? **We could have the ideal role for you.

We're looking for positive, outgoing and empathetic female* colleague with a great sense of humour to join our fabulous new service in #TeamHawick as a support practitioner on a 30 hour (plus 2 sleepovers) permanent contract.

**The Role**

As a Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assisting the people we support with all aspects of daily living, including helping to prepare meals, providing personal care, shopping and domestic tasks. Our teams adopt a person-centered approach to provide the highest quality support to enable the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, with a focus on maintaining and improving independence.

**About You**

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. **We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too**

**All we’ll need you to bring is: -**

**Shift Patterns**

Our team provide support 7 days a week 24 hour and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays as part of your rota.

**Do you have any questions? **To find out more, please contact **Andrew Will **on 07966185114.

If you’re successful in joining our team, you will be expected to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and must be willing to work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare as required for SSSC registration.
