- Location - North West London
- Company - Major Player in the FM sector.
- What you get in return - £42,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Progression, Overtime & Training.
- Shift Pattern - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Estimated Earnings - £55,000 per annum +
A well-established FM firm who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mobile AC Engineer across several sites in the public sector in North West London.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong AC Maintenance Engineer to their mobile team.
General works would include service & maintenance
This is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites plant, equipment and services.
- Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.
- Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.
- Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
- Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.
- Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
- Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as required.
