- The College is seeking to appoint 2 Intervention Assistants who can bring motivation, energy and the ability to inspire students.You will play a vital role in supporting teachers in a classroom setting or working with individuals and/or providing group support. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who have a “hands on” approach and who are able to work as part of a great team. Previous experience in a similar role or classroom environment would be desirable but not essential as skills such as flexibility, resilience, and excellent communication will be key.-
