**VIDA Dentistry is looking for a full time Receptionist to join our Team.**

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a **Receptionist**to join our family friendly, independent dental practice in the heart of Fareham.

**Hours**:Monday 08:00 - 17:30

Tuesday 08:00 - 17:30

Wednesday 09:30 - 19:00

Thursday 08:00 - 17:30

Friday 08:00 - 17:30

**About the role**

The role involves being part of our fantastic front of house team, with time split between the front desk and our office, undertaking administrative tasks.

On the front desk you will meet and greet our fantastic patients, take payments, make appointment bookings and be the first point of contact for patients with questions about their care.

Administrative tasks involve providing patient with information about their care, following up on enquiries, ensuring our information database is up to date and helping the practice maximise its performance.

**About You**

Our front of house team are the public face of our practice and therefore need to represent the friendly, caring and professional image of the business.

Other desired characteristics that we shall be looking for are: good organisational skills, reliability, punctuality and I.T skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
