Key Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, corporate events, and everyday needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting flowers and arrangements that best suit their needs.
- Manage inventory, ensuring fresh stock and proper storage of flowers and supplies.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
- Stay updated on current floral design trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Florist or in a related field.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of floral design, flower handling, and care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy arrangements.
