A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 400 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Procurement Coordinator** to join our team based in **Fosdyke, **working within our **Vegetable business units**, this includes; Spinach, Leeks, Kale, Cavolo Nero and Sweetcorn.

**Job Summary**
- Manage the day to day procurement of our vegetable products, this involves;
- Develping relationships with all key growers and raw material suppliers’
- Being invlved in the negotiation of contracts alongside the area lead. Providing regular feedback to our suppliers on both quality and service level.
- Call ff of raw materials from supplier that we have agreed supply with.
- Ensuring delivery f the right amounts and at the right time based on what the factory have requested.
- Wrk with the operations team to manage onsite stocks.
- Any administratin relating to these tasks, such as invoicing, arranging haulage, forecasting and data analysis.
- We want you to be integrated with the wider team to ensure procurement plans align with other areas.
- This will mean providing timely information to the rest of the team about supply performance.
- Providing cover for other roles within the team especially non raw material procurement

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Health and safety for self and those around you
- Organization and involvement with the negotiation of contracts
- Foster strong long-term relationships with our suppliers
- Completing purchase orders and grower returns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicating effectively to the team about any upcoming issues
- Join daily stock calls and manage orders with suppliers on a daily basis.
- Working with the onsite planner to ensure sufficient stock for the factory
- Provide suppliers with regular forecast for the upcoming three weeks.
- Produce a supplier scorecard.
- Yield and pack out analysis.
- Weekly communication with suppliers to discuss performance, invoicing and re-charges.

**Key working relationships**:

- Key suppliers of raw material and other products
- The key account managers to ensure they are well informed about the supply and challenges we may face.
- Technical team to ensure the product is the right quality and meets all required standards.
- Operational team to ensure they have the right amount of stock at the right time.
