**BRIEF OVERVIEW**

A position for a Logistics Coordinator has arisen within DSV Solutions Warehouse.

The DSV Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from customers with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while obtaining key factor goals. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is critical. Execution of duties will require a team-oriented individual that is customer service focused, and able to obtain a strong knowledge of systems and vendor capabilities. This individual will be an integral part of the coordination of transportation and operations of their assigned accounts(s).

**KEY REQUIRMENTS**
- Control and manage inbound and outbound operational administrative functions.
- Works closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
- Communicates effectively with customers, partner vendors and team members.
- Ensures the attainment of applicable key factors.
- Responsible for accurate data capture and system entry.
- Supports team members to ensure superior customer service.
- Utilises the quality process to resolve customer service and vendor issues.
- Proactively anticipates and resolves potential customer service partner vendor and internal team issues.
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all picking / packing requirements are met
- Prepare correct documentation to the operation and transport companies for the loading and offloading of vehicles
- Assist with the analysis of KPI achievement status reports, to detect areas of improvement for operational and service performance.
- Generate, monitor and distribute KPI data reports for internal and external stakeholders

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Prior experience in performing administrative duties and data entry is ideal.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional numeracy and IT skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ideally 2-3 years recent relevant industry experience in a similar role
