Investigo are partnering with a large global business based in Hatfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large fast paced business, in your new role as a **Payroll Specialist** you will become part of our client's team where you will be using your skills to take care of the end to end Life cycle activities including all payroll activity for employees across the UK.

**Based in Hatfield - 2-3 days in the office, the rest from home**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time every time
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers
- Work with maternity, paternity sick pay etc
- Ensure integrity and security of all payroll data
- Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the department
- On board and process new starters
- Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company
- Supporting HR and support the balance sheet reconciliations
- Support other departments with any ad-hoc requests

**Key Skills**
- Experience of working within a high volume complex Payroll department
- Knowledge of payroll techniques and processes
- Ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining high quality delivery

**Benefits**
- £30,500 - £35,000 Depending on Experience
