MCP Scotland Ltd are a rapidly growing Property Services and Facility Management Company, based in Airdrie and working across Scotland. We work with a variety of clients ranging from Shopping Centers, Property Factors, Retail, Care and many more. Many of our clients are well known brands that are household names.

We are currently looking to add a Maintenance Plumber to our growing team. This is a fantastic time to join, as this role will be for the small works division, which is a mix of both planned and reactive works providing a great opportunity for no two days to be the same. This role would suit someone recently qualified or someone looking to move companies.

**The type of work you'd be expected to carry out**:

- Jobbing and Minor Repairs
- Commercial repairs and maintenances
- Insurance Works
- Performing remedial work, including repairs to pipework, leaks, and maintaining water systems.
- Dealing with minor blockages and managing larger tanker works onsite,
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs on sanitary ware, toilets, taps, and radiators.
- Complying with health and safety policies and regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to high end clients.

A full time employed position is offered after successful probationary period.

Pay: £16.00-£21.00 per hour
