**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for the provision of specialist technical support and supervision of housing and corporate properties.
- Having a particular focus on refurbishment and programmed maintenance work relating to the fire safety installations, such as fire doors, compartmentation, emergency lighting and fire safety systems within the Council’s property portfolio.
- To liaise and communicate with other parties both internal and external to the Council in respect of the Fire Safety Surveyors work programme.

**Essential qualifications required**:

- FRA accreditation is essential.
