Tallington Lakes Pro Shop are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisorto join our friendly, hard working team.

The Pro Shop stocks a large selection of outdoor activity equipment and clothing for winter snow sport, water sports, climbing and hiking along with lifestyle clothing.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop, managing the stock from receipt to sale, overseeing a small team and delivering a high level of customer service, including specialist services such as boot fits and resolving customer concerns.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

- To assist the Activities Manager in the day to day running of the store
- Maintaining the inventory
- Work on the stores displays / stock rotation and put away
- Keeping up-to-date with all of our products, services.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
- Maintain the store
- Look after warranties and the returns procedures

Essential Skills
- Great communication skills
- Organisational skills
- A self starter
- Administration and PC skills

Desirable Skills
- Technical clothing and hardware knowledge
- Footwear fitting

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
